MIC-5000

    Description

  • Digital insulation resistance meter MIC-5000 is intended for direct measurements of insulation resistance in power cables, transformers, electric motors and other power devices and equipment. Additionally, the device enables measurement of DC and AC voltages as well as low voltage measurement of low resistances. All test terminals of the instrument are fitted with a circuitry protecting the device from damage should the mains voltage appear on the input. The instrument was designed and built in compliance with EN IEC 61557 standard.
  • Specification

    The most important features of MIC-5000 are:

    Insulation resistance measurement:

    • test voltage selection between 250...5000 V in 50 V intervals, or predefined 250, 500, 1000, 2500, 5000 V,
    • on-line insulation resistance measurement or leakage current,
    • automatic discharge of tested object’s capacitance after measurement of insulation resistance,
    • direct measurement of one or two absorption coefficients,
    • acoustic determination of 5 seconds time intervals that facilitates to take time characteristics during insulation resistance measurement,
    • saving measured value of test voltages and selected times T1, T2 and T3 ranging from 1... 600 seconds for the measurements of one or two absorption coefficients (DAR, PI or Ab1, Ab2),
    • indicator of the actual test voltage value during a measurement,
    • protection against live objects.

    AC/DC voltage measurement in range 0...600 V.

    Memory for 999 measurement results with an ability to transfer the datato a PC.

    Automatic selection of measurement ranges.

    Powered by rechargeable battery pack:

    • included with the device an external power supply for automatic battery charging to ensure prolonged battery life and optimal working conditions,

    Sonel Analysis 1.0

    „SONEL Analysis” software is an application used to work with PQM-701 power quality analyzer. It enables:

    Analyzer configuration

    The software enables configuration of all analyzer’s parameters. The configuraton is made on the PC computer and later transfered to the analyzer. The configuration settings can be stored on hard drive or other data storage devices to be used later.The software enables the configuration of:

    • » wthe choice of Measurement Points and memory assigment to each Measurement Point,
    • » analyzer time settings,
    • » keyboard lock,
    • » PIN code security,
    • » averaging time setting,
    • » choice of current and voltage transformers,
    • » trigger mode choice (immidiately, after an event or according to the scheduler),
    • » choice of clamp’s type, setting of additional parameters registration in N and PE channels,
    • » choice of network type, for which the analyzer will be used.

    The analyzer has four independent Measurement Points. Each Measurement Point can be set individually to perform four different types of registration without need to change analyzer’s configuration.

    For each Measurement Point the following settings can be made:

    • » cwheather the analyzer shall work according to EN 50160 or according to user defined conditions,
    • » for each registration user can define, which network parameters shall be registered,
    • » for each parameter user can define wheather the analyzer shall register average, minimum, maximum or instantaneous values,
    • » the limits beyond which the analyzer will record the event can be defined.

    Description

    • MPI-530 meter is a multi-functional instrument for electric shock protection measurements including the option of various methods for measuring earthing and earthing resistance. Additionally the meter enables its user to analyse power supply parameters, records and displays them on its screen. The instrument automatically measures the insulation resistance in a socket and in 3 -, 4 - and 5-wire cables when used with AutoISO-1000C adapter. MPI-520

    Description

    • The MPI-520 multifunction meter is dedicated to perform diagnosis of electrical installation according to IEC 61557 standards. Digital meter MPI-520 is designed to measure impedance of a short cicuit loop also without triggering RCD, parameters of RCD, insulation resistance, earthing resistance, continuity and also for phase sequence testing. Furthermore to measure and logging of AC voltage and current, frequency and power.
      Wide range of standard accessories enable to perform all necessary measurements and safety test. Highly professional portable multifunction meter with memory of measured parameters.
    • MPI-520 is equipment to perform complete test and verify on electrical installations according to the most common safety standards (IEC 61557, VDE 0100, BS7671).
